Earth Day 2025 Poster

This poster was created for an earth day event at a local state college. I also created a digital graphics set for this event, which was displayed on a variety of resolutions and in a variety of aspect ratios across campus - editing the images and text accordingly to fit different screens for different purposes. These included web banners, 1920 x 1080 web slideshow graphics, logo packages, thumbnails, and social media posts. The image used at the center of the design, along with the clouds in the background, were both sourced from Shutterstock. I heavily edited both, including repainting some aspects of the images, reversing colors, and layering in cloud graphics, using Photoshop and Illustrator. The fonts used are from the Adobe suite, which I expanded and edited to create unique typography for this design. I was lauded by the state college staff for this piece, and my team intended to submit it to an award show before I left the organization.

Identifying information is blurred out for legal reasons, but the original design included the college logo and legal statements.

Though I utilize tools such as the Adobe suite, Canva, and web-based alternatives in my work, I actively choose not to utilize AI features and disable them when possible. I also avoid using AI generated images in any of my work that includes preexisting media. I am strictly opposed to the use of AI in art production, writing, and all other creative fields, and am currently searching for alternatives to industry standard products that use AI. I do not consent to the use of my work in generative AI algorithms or for any other AI training purposes.
